TWO-YEAR CLINICAL STUDY

How Does Proactively Educating Clients About Pet Health Insurance Impact Veterinary Teams, Clients and the Care That Pets Receive?

The need to find answers usually starts with a question. In this proof of concept study, the question was “How does proactively educating clients about pet health insurance really impact veterinary teams, pet owners and the care that pets receive?” To find the answers to this question, and with the support of the ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance program, Dr. Wendy Hauser designed and implemented a two-year clinical study to understand how pet health insurance impacts people and pets using the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance product. The outcomes of the study can be explored below.
