Stacy was a National Top Ten Account Executive and Pacesetter for one of the world’s largest executive search and recruitment firms where she started and lead the first team of recruiters to specialize in the Animal Health, Veterinary and Pet Products Industries working nationally throughout the United States. She was the #1 recruiter in the Southwest Region of the US and in the top 10 of search consultants in the United States. She was Account Executive of the month 25 times before starting her own firm, The VET Recruiter. Stacy is in the top 1% of Executive Search Consultants and recruiters in the United States. She has won numerous awards in the executive search and recruiting industry and was the first search consultant and recruiter to specialize in the Animal Health, Veterinary and Pet Products Industries. Stacy was a Finalist for Pet Industry Woman of the Year in 2014 and 2017 and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Professional Science Master’s programs (PSM) at Kansas State University-Olathe.
Stacy is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a member of an elite group of search professionals who have passed this challenging exam to show her commitment to the advancement of professional and ethical standards and to the quality of the work performed in the Search Profession. Stacy was personally asked by Robert P. Style, Esq, author of the Certified Personnel Consultant’s Legal Manual and former General Counsel of NAPS to join the NAPS board of directors where she served as a Board Member for four years.

Prior to specializing in the Animal Health, Veterinary and Pet Products Industries, Stacy recruited Sales and Marketing executives for Fortune 500 companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Oklahoma State University and worked in the television broadcasting and advertising industries as well as for a Fortune 500 company prior to her career in executive search and recruiting.
